On the second day of the Summertime Odyssey Event in Genshin Impact, The Islands’ Stirring Strings part is released, and it’s all about the Rock ’n’ Roll Musician, Xinyan. While helping the Rock Star in her own domain, the party encounters a Blazing Heart in desperate need of Glacial Spring Water to refresh her vocal cords.

How To Clear The Water Veins And Get Glacial Spring Water In Genshin Impact
As the group starts their journey inside Xinyan’s domain, they come across a dying Blazing Heart that asks them to get a Glacial Spring Water. Xinyan of course accepts and the Blazing Heart explains that in order to do so, the group must clear the water veins in the Broken Isle.
To clear the water veins, players must get out of Xinyan’s domain and follow the water trail as it moves, which will lead them to the right destination.
Along the way, traps will appear, so players will need to destroy them and continue following the water trail.
After the obstacle, there’s a minor puzzle to be solved. Upon doing so, the barrier sealing the door will be removed and players can continue inside the cave. Inside, travelers will encounter another obstacle with a dead end. There, they can read one note from Albedo left during his last visit stating how beautiful the scenery and sound are.
The new water trail will climb the mountain and players should continue to follow it. Finally, the water spring will appear and players can solve another minor puzzle next to it to be able to use it.
After filling the spring again, players can draw water, getting the bottle ready for the Blazing Heart back in Xinyan’s domain.
This won’tbe the last time that the group has to clear the mountains’ water. After this quest, players will have to clear more spring waters and climb more mountains. As Xinyan wakes from her memory when Yun Jin and Xiangling surprised the Rock Star on her birthday, she expresses her feelings to the party about clearing two water veins that flow through the mountains.
Upon realizing that not all of the veins can be unblocked, the group comes back to Blazing Heart and ask for help, which sees them redirected to Frozen Soul on the upper floor. Speaking with the latter reveals that there are in fact another two blocked veins in the remaining mountains that need to be fixed or else Xinyan won’t be able to perform.
Genshin Impact is available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is currently in development.
