As for Beidou, she’s definitely a fan favorite because of her personality and aesthetic. But that doesn’t add anything to Genshin Impact’s gameplay since what important is to understand if Beidou can perfectly operate at C0, or need her Constellations to perform.

Are Beidou’s Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?
Beidou isn’t a good character at C0 in Genshin Impact. Her Constellations grant her all that she’s missing to become a force to be reckoned with. However, players don’t have to wait long to get all of Beidou’s Constellations since her C1 and C2 are the stars of her kit. Both Constellations give Beidou the offensive and defensive force her teammates need to improve their performance. All in all, yes, Beidou’s Constellations are worth it in Genshin Impact.
C1 - Sea Beast’s Scourge
Effect: When Stormbreaker is used, Creates a shield that absorbs up to 16% of Beidou’s Max HP for 15s. This shield absorbs Electro DMG 250% more effectively. Importance: Priority
C1 Beidou has one of the best passives a 4-star can have in Genshin Impact. When Beidou cast her Elemental Burst, she will create a shield that protects her team for 15 seconds with a decent chunk of her HP. That shield is super important since it can effectively block incoming attacks, especially Electro.
C2 - Upon the Turbulent Sea, the Thunder Arises
Effect: Stormbreaker’s arc lightning can jump to 2 additional targets. Importance: Priority
The second Constellation of Beidou is as important as her first one. While the first improves Beidou’s survivability, the second greatly enhances her Elemental Burst in Genshin Impact, boosting her off-field DMG.
C4 - Stunning Revenge
Effect: Upon being attacked, Beidou’s Normal Attacks gain an additional instance of 20% Electro DMG for 10s. Importance: Low
C4 Beidou doesn’t bring anything to the table for many reasons. First, Beidou won’t be using her Normal attacks, and even if she did, it’s not an appealing addition to her DMG. The Constellation doesn’t infuse Beidou’s attacks with Electro, it just adds an extra Electro multiplier that inflicts a tiny number. It’s better for Beidou to operate as an off-field Genshin impact Sub-DPS that can wreck enemies without having to step on the field.
C6 - Bane of Evil
Effect: During the duration of Stormbreaker, the Electro RES of surrounding opponents is decreased by 15%. Importance: High
C6 Beidou gets another offensive passive that further increases her DMG. Beidou’s performance with other Electro users in Genshin Impact incredibly improves after getting her C6.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
