Previously, Anemo RES can only be obtained from Jean’s C4, Anemo Traveler’s C6, and Venti’s C2 and C6. But now, Faruzan is here to reduce the enemy’s Anemo RES and also increase the teammate’s Anemo DMG Bonus. To build her properly, here’s the best build for Faruzan in Genshin Impact.

Faruzan Best Build In Genshin Impact
Faruzan Best Build - Best Weapon
Elegy for the End demands its wielder to deal DMG via Elemental Skill or Burst four times before it activates its passive. Fortunately, after unlocking Faruzan’s first Genshin Impact Constellation, this can be done easily. This is why Elegy is the top option for Faruzan’s weapon.
Faruzan requires high Base ATK due to how her Ascension passive works. After unlocking the passive, when a teammate deals Anemo DMG, Faruzan will increase their DMG by 32% of her Base ATK (This bonus is calculated like Yun Jin and Shenhe’s buff). Since Base ATK can only be increased by weapons with a high primary stat, Skyward Harp is the second-best option for Faruzan. Other than that, of course, other 5-star Bows like Amos’ Bow, Polar Star, and Thundering Pulse are all viable as well.
Meanwhile, for 4-star options, players can opt for The Stringless, Alley Hunter, Blackcliff Warbow, and Mouun’s Moon for their high Base ATK, but the following options can offer some extra utility:
Favonius Warbow: Has a low Base ATK, but can be great if the team needs a Genshin Impact Battery Sacrificial Bow: Has high Base ATK, Energy Recharge sub-stat, and the ability to cast Elemental Skill more often Viridescent Hunt: Has a medium Base ATK, but offers crowd control through its passive Fading Twilight: Has high Base ATK and Energy Recharge sub-stat
Faruzan Best Build - Best Artifact
Since Faruzan needs her Elemental Burst to support her team, players should use Energy Recharge Timepiece. For Goblet and Circlet, Travelers can use anything, but to maximize her damage, then the typical Anemo DMG Bonus and Crit are valid options.
For Faruzan’s artifact in Genshin Impact, the options are quite awkward. 4pc Noblesse Oblige is decent, but since Faruzan has a high cooldown (20s), Noblesse can’t be utilized optimally. Alternatively, players can use 2pc Emblem of Severed Fate to help fulfill Faruzan’s Energy demand (80 Energy). To accompany Emblem, people can use either 2pc Anemo DMG+15% or 2pc ATK +18%.
The 4-star options 4pc The Exile and 4pc Scholar are both valid to make Faruzan a Battery, but remember to only use a 5-star Energy Recharge Timepiece. Players should also ensure that Faruzan won’t be lacking stats for using 4-star artifacts.
Finally, for those who are wondering, 4pc Viridescent Venerer is not that great for Faruzan in Genshin Impact. Although she’s an Anemo unit, her hits aren’t frequent enough to maintain Viridescent’s effect. If players still wish to use this set, then they need to remember to refresh the buff constantly. Just keep in mind that Faruzan’s Burst only deals damage once, so she needs to rely on her Skill to refresh Viridescent’s debuff.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
