Scaramouche’s damage mostly comes from his Normal Attacks, so players should focus on this aspect of his kit. Here’s the best build players can give Scaramouche (Wanderer) in Genshin Impact.

Scaramouche (Wanderer) Best Build In Genshin Impact
Scaramouche (Wanderer) Best Build - Best Weapon
Other than Tulaytullah’s Remembrance as Scaramouche’s best weapon in Genshin Impact, players can use other 5-star Catalysts like Memory of Dust, Skyward Atlas, and Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds. Kagura’s Verity also works, but as Scaramouche won’t benefit from the passive, it falls behind all the other options.
Meanwhile, the best 4-star weapons for Scaramouche in Genshin Impact starts with The Widsith. At maximum Refinement, Widsith can even outperform other 5-star options (except Tulaytullah’s Remembrance). Wanderer can also use Blackcliff Agate and Solar Pearl for their powerful passive and Critical stat. Meanwhile, F2P players can use Mappa Mare, Dodoco Tales, or Oathsworn Eye for Wanderer’s weapon in Genshin Impact.
Scaramouche (Wanderer) Best Build - Best Artifact
The best artifact for Scaramouche in Genshin Impact is the new artifact set, 4pc Desert Pavilion Chronicle. However, other than that, Wanderer can also use other options like 4pc Blizzard Strayer, 4pc Shimenawa’s Reminiscence, and 4pc Echoes of an Offering. Blizzard Strayer is only valid in a Freeze comp, Shimenawa is great if players don’t end up with an Energy issue, and Echoes of an Offering is decent if Scaramouche can proc the passive constantly.
If getting a 4-pieces set is currently not possible, players can also mix some 2-pieces like:
2pc ATK+18% + 2pc ATK+18% 2pc ATK+18% + 2pc Anemo DMG+15% 2pc Desert Pavilion Chronicle + 2pc Viridescent Venerer
Lastly, if Wanderer is using a Genshin Impact Shielder, then 4pc Retracing Bolide is a solid option. Although its damage output is lower than other options, the shield-strengthening effect will prove to be extremely useful in battle.
Meanwhile, for the Artifact main stat, players should adjust their Goblet based on the Wanderer’s team comp. If the Wanderer is getting a lot of Elemental DMG buffs like from Faruzan, then ATK Goblet may outperform an Anemo DMG one. On the other hand, getting a lot of ATK buffs like Bennett’s Burst will make Anemo DMG Goblet more useful.
This concept should also be noted when picking which 2-pieces mix to use. If players are using 2pc Desert Pavilion Chronicle + 2pc Viridescent Venerer, then Bennett should be in the Genshin Impact team to increase Wanderer’s ATK. Meanwhile, if the character uses 2pc ATK+18% + 2pc ATK+18%, then Faruzan can be the better option for a buffer.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
