As of version 2.6, many bow users are really popular among the fanbase. For example, the original Genshin Impact Morgana team consists of three bow users; Ganyu, Venti, and Diona. If players are trying to figure out which of the weapons are worth leveling up, then this Genshin Impact Tier list will help them decide.

Note: Every weapon passive is written with the effect of Refinement Rank 1 ~ Refinement Rank 5.

S-Tier Bow

S-Tier bows have an extensive list of characters that are suitable for them. They’re also very good at their job.

Thundering Pulse is currently one of the best bows in Genshin impact. It’s good even for characters that are unable to fully utilize its passive. Polar Star is somewhat similar to Thundering Pulse, but it is more niche for Skill and Burst-reliant characters. Skyward Harp was the top bow in Genshin impact before Thundering Pulse came. Both weapons are always very close to each other when it comes to their DPS performance. Elegy for the End is an amazing weapon for any support unit. Like any other weapon of this series, this bow offers a team-wide buff.

Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s) Casting Elemental Skill (stack lasts 10s) Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full)

At stack levels 1/2/3 increases Normal Attack DMG by 12/24/40~24/48/80%.

Sacrificial weapons in Genshin Impact are one of the best weapon series in the game. This bow has a handy passive that can help reset the Elemental Skill cooldown of Skill-reliant characters like Diona and Gorou.

A-Tier Bow

A-Tier bows are all impressive weapons, but they’re not as universally good as the S-Tier counterpart.

Amos’s Bow is amazing, but it is limited to units that rely on their Normal or Charged Attack. For those who do not own the S-Tier options, The Viridescent Hunt can be an excellent alternative. As for Ally Hunter, while this bow is not commonly owned, it can be great when equipped by an off-field damage dealer. Lastly, for Favonius Warbow, this weapon is a little close to the Sacrificial Bow, where both weapons will enhance a character’s ability to be a Genshin Impact Battery in the team. However, as Favonius Warbow doesn’t offer a cooldown reset and has a condition before offering its effect, it is not as popular as Sacrificial.

B-Tier Bow

For the next section of the Genshin Impact Tier list, the B-Tier comprises weapons that are decent but as widely used as the A-Tier ones.

Prototype Crescent is a good F2P weapon, but it can only be used by a DPS character. Mouun’s Moon has potential, but it’s not very flexible as players need a specific team composition to maximize its passive. As for Windblume Ode, this weapon isn’t so bad but isn’t that good either. Luckily though, it can still be used by several characters.

C-Tier Bow

For the lowest rank in the Genshin Impact bow Tier list, Compound Bow and Mitternachts Waltz are placed here due to their lack of users. Both are only suitable for Physical damage DPS, which sadly is only Fischl.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
