Developer HoYoverse already confirmed that Faruzan will become a new part of the playable roster in the upcoming Genshin Impact version 3.3. Unlike Albedo who has been part of the game since update 1.2, there is not a lot of information about the new Anemo user who mysteriously disappeared from the Sumeru region.

Reddit user Comfortable_Ad1182 has shared an impressive character concept named Alruzan, which combines Albedo’s and Faruzan’s splash art. A big part of the community seems to like the concept as the post already reached over 1.3k upvotes on Genshin Impact’s official subreddit. Even though the creator does not reveal the element of the new character, fans are assuming that she is a Geo user due to the orange particles surrounding the model. The mysterious symbol that can be seen in the top left corner and under the character represents Albedo’s Elemental Skill Solar Isatoma, which could be another proof that Alruzan is a Geo user.

The creator of the fan-art is known in the community for creating similar types of projects in which they combine different Genshin Impact characters into one concept. Albedo is one of the most popular characters in the community, and he even has a dedicated subreddit called AlbedosCreations where fans merge him with other members of the playable roster. When it comes to his power on the battlefield, Albedo is one of the best Genshin Impact supports in the game.

Albedo’s greatest strength is probably his ability to fit in almost any Genshin Impact team composition. He is also a great off-field character whose main job is to place his Solar Isatoma at the start of the fight and use his Elemental Burst, Tectonic Tide, whenever it’s off cooldown. Unlike Albedo, who has a lot of team comp flexibility, Faruzan seems to be a four-star unit designed to support the upcoming character Wanderer.

Faruzan is a new Anemo user whose play style is very reminiscent of the popular Cryo bow user Ganyu. Her Elemental Burst, The Wind’s Secret Ways, allows her to deploy a Dazzling Polyhedron on the field, which moves in a triangular path and deals AoE Anemo damage.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
