Genshin Impact: Find the Missing Crystalline Cores

Players that are attempting to obtain the missing Crystalline Cores should start by directing their attention to Persikov’s Manuscript, an item that is obtained near the beginning of the Like Rhyme and Song, the Summer Reverie quest. Indeed, this Manuscript, which Genshin Impact fans can find in their inventories, provides all the information that is needed to solve the puzzles. However, players may have some trouble deciphering this information, and that is where this guide can help.

To put things simply, the red arrows on the Manuscript point to the three islands where Crystalline Cores can be found, and the red “x’s” on the images that are next to the arrows mark the positions of the mechanisms that players will find on those islands. Below the “x’s,” gacha game fans will see a series of dashes and dots, and these symbols indicate the way that the mechanisms are to be rotated. More specifically, a dot means a rotation to the right and a dash means a rotation to the left.

To provide an example, there are two mechanism on the top island, and the westernmost mechanism is marked with a “dot, dash, dash” in the Manuscript. This means that players are to rotate that mechanism right, left, left before they move onto the second dial to the east. With respect to that second dial, it is “dot, dot, dash,” and fans of ARPGs should thus rotate it right, right, left to solve the puzzle and collect the missing Crystalline Core.

While players should now have all the information that they need to obtain all the Crystalline Cores, some fans may still prefer to skip the step of deciphering Persikov’s Manuscript. For those players, here are the rotations that are to be used on every mechanism in order to release the cores and complete this Genshin Impact quest step:

Top Island

West Mechanism: Right, Left, Left South Mechanism: Right, Right, Left

Middle Island

North Mechanism: Right, Left West Mechanism: Right, Left, Right East Mechanism: Left, Left, Right

Right Island

North Mechanism: Left, Left, Right South Mechanism: Right, Left, Right
