Many of the Desert People remain loyal believers of the Scarlet King. They believe that one day he’ll be resurrected, and war can be waged against the Dendro Archon. The Desert Folk who yearn for a better life can’t help but carry this hate wherever they go. They venture deep into domains and ruins for a glimpse of hope that the Scarlet King can one day return, where many of them got lost and are stuck in their journey. There are many places where the Eremites are lost, and the Altar of Mirages in Genshin Impact is one of them.

How To Unlock The Altar Of Mirages In Genshin Impact
To unlock the Altar of Mirages domain in Genshin Impact, players must first progress through the Golden Slumber questline until they obtain their first clearance level.
Afterward, use the underground Teleport Waypoint east of the Mausoleum of King Deshret.
After teleporting, continue moving forward to the large chamber where players had to solve the Primal Torches puzzle.
From here, turn right and enter the open passage.
Now, players need to go to the other side of the room. There’s a Four-Leaf Sigil that can speed up the process.
Use the mechanism to open the gate, then jump down through the open floor. This will lead players to the Altar of Mirages domain in Genshin Impact, and from then on, people can use the building as a Teleport Waypoint.
Finishing the one-time domain will grant players the following things:
Primogems x40 Adventure EXP x500 Dendro Sigil x5 Gilded Dreams artifact (4-star) x1 Guide to Praxis x2 Hero’s Wit x2 Mystic Enhancement Ore x4 Mora x30,000
A Precious Chest will also spawn upon completion, rewarding an additional:
Primogems x10 Adventure EXP x30 Dendro Sigil x3
Unlike many domains in Genshin Impact, the Altar of Mirages doesn’t contain any puzzle, so it’s a straight-up fighting challenge. Travelers must beat a total of 18 Eremites, including new enemies that are only available starting in Genshin Impact 3.1. Here’s a full list of the opponents:
Eremite Crossbow Eremite Ravenbeak Halberdier Eremite Linebreaker Eremite Sword-Dancer Eremite Daythunder Eremite Stone Enchanter Eremite Galehunter Eremite Desert Clearwater Eremite Sunfrost
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
