According to Genshin Impact’s usual update schedule, update 3.2 should arrive around November 7. A post on the popular Genshin Impact Leaks subReddit shows how enormous the upcoming Scaramouche boss model is in comparison to other enemies like the popular Anemo Elemental dragon known as Dvalin.

Fans have pointed out an interesting detail about the boss which makes him even more terrifying. The white line under his red HP bar means that he could have a shield which usually requires players to solve some kind of small puzzle in order to deal damage to the boss which can make the fight even harder. There is still no information why this version of Scaramouche looks so big, but many fans speculate that this could be his true form. Giving him such a large model makes sense considering that recent leaks revealed that Scaramouche’s boss domain is enormous.
Since his first appearance in the quest named “The Crisis Deepens,” Scaramouche has become one of the fan-favorite characters in the game thanks to his unique design. He has made a couple of story appearances since then, but for the most part, his character still remains a mystery. The in-game description for the Husk of Opulent Dreams artifact set has revealed that Scaramouche was originally made to be the Electro Archon Gnosis carrier, the same Gnosis that Raiden Shogun has.
A number of credible leakers have revealed that Scaramouche will join the playable roster shortly after his boss domain which should not come as a surprise considering that both Childe and Raiden Shogun have their own boss domain despite being playable characters. However, HoYoverse will make Scara go through a number of changes before that which includes equipping him with an Anemo Vision.
At the moment, he has the ability to manipulate the Electro element which led many players to believe that his boss domain will have strong resistance to this type of elemental damage. According to previous Genshin Impact rumors, his Elemental Skill will make him fire a power beam dealing AoE damage. Scaramouche’s Elemental Burst will apparently give an overall damage buff similar to Razor or Cyno. However, these leaks should still be taken with a grain of salt since they were revealed a couple of months back.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
