Base attack: 542 Base ATK Sub-stat: 88. 2% Crit DMG Passive: HP +16%. When there are opponents nearby, the DMG dealt by the wielder of this weapon is increased by 20%. This will also take effect off-field.

Aqua Simulacra is the Staff of Homa for Genshin Impact’s Bows. It is suitable for any Sub-DPS characters, especially if they depend on their HP to deal damage. Currently, only Yelan scales with HP and the rest are either Supports or heavily rely on their attack. In that case, Aqua Simulacra can still perform, but it’s not as overpowered as Staff of Homa for Polearm users.

Base attack: 674 Base ATK Sub-stat: 22. 1% Crit Rate Passive: On hit, increases ATK by 3. 2% for 6s. Max 7 stacks. This effect can only occur once every 0. 3s. While in possession of the maximum possible stacks, DMG dealt is increased by 12%.
While Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is one of the best Polearms in Genshin Impact, players can still get the weapon from the Standard banner. The Polearm grants its wielder a huge Base ATK to amplify all the ATK% addition and also grants a 22% Crit Rate. With all these additions, it’s easy to fully build any character wielding the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear.
The Polearm’s passive grants the wielders up to 22.4% ATK plus 12% extra DMG when the character obtains all the stacks. This passive grants Primordial Jade Winged-Spear versatility to be suitable for all Polearm users. However, note that this passive will not trigger if the character is off-field, so it’s mostly great for on-field DPS units.
Primordial Jade Winged-Spear Character Tier List
Considering Primordial Jade Winged Spear grants a massive Base ATK, as well as a decent amount of ATK% from its passive, it’s important to use it with characters whose attacks scale accordingly. So Zhongli isn’t a great Winged-Spear user. Even so, the 22% Crit Rate of Primordial’s Sub-stat makes it at least useful to anyone.
